Starting Your Home Design Journey

  • Begin with a video call where our consultant learns about your vision, budget, and overall goals for your new home.​

  • Next, we’ll visit your site to discuss your expectations and explore what you want to achieve with your new design. This personalized approach helps us craft a plan that truly fits your needs.​

  • Finally, a proposal meeting to review your custom design plan, finalize details, and pay a small retainer to begin turning your vision into reality.

Vision to Blueprint

  • Concept Development: After the proposal is accepted, our design team begins creating initial drawings based on your vision and the information gathered during our consultation. These preliminary designs lay the foundation for your new home’s overall layout, style, and functionality.​

  • Revisions and Changes: We collaborate with you to refine the designs, making adjustments based on your feedback. This process ensures that every detail aligns with your vision before finalizing the plans.​

  • Final Plans: Once you are completely satisfied with the design, we prepare comprehensive, detailed plans ready for the construction phase. These finalized plans serve as the blueprint for bringing your dream home to life.

Finalize the Design

  • Product & Material Selections: You and the design team will choose finishes and materials, such as paint colors, countertops, cabinet lines, flooring, and appliances.​

  • Confirm design plans: As your remodel nears completion, we’ll ensure transparency on the project’s cost, working with you to make any necessary adjustments to align with your budget.​

  • Sign Construction Contract: Once the designs are finalized, you’ll meet with the team to review and sign the fixed-price construction contract, ensuring clarity on the project’s scope and costs from the outset, preventing unexpected expenses during construction.

Building Your Custom Home

  • Permit Approvals & Preparation: Once permits are approved, our team finalizes preparations and ensures all materials and resources are ready for construction.​

  • Construction Process: We bring your vision to life, following the finalized plans with precision and care. Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular updates on progress through our Builder Trend software and in-person meetings.​

  • Quality Assurance & Completion: As construction nears completion, we conduct thorough inspections to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Once approved, your new home is ready for you to enjoy.
