“I had intended on getting other bids from contractors, but after meeting Jonathan and the team, I thought, why waste my time? These are the people who need to do this for me. There was just a vibe with Bradberry Construction, and I felt confident we would achieve my goal for the kitchen I have now.

With their turnkey design-to-build model, you get a one-stop shop: the design side and the execution side. I’ll forever be thankful to the design team for helping me pick the perfect floor. My favorite part was when all the hard work started becoming a reality—that’s when I was the most satisfied.

Big projects like this have always made me uncomfortable, but although there was some disruption, it was worth it and far less stressful than I expected. Jonathan kept me informed at every step, which was my one big request. The quality of work? A 10+. The team are true artists in bringing your vision to life.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely. After seeing Jonathan’s work on his new build in Westlake, it’s clear he can handle everything from kitchen renovations to custom homes from the ground up.”

“The way Bradberry Construction is designing it, it looks like it’s a house out of a magazine. It’s not a 3,000 square foot house, but it looks like one. It’s going to be cozy and spacious.

I was very comfortable with the team. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was just another sale. When I went to Jonathan and gave him my plan, he said, ‘This is a challenge. Let’s make this happen.’ I approached him with a budget I knew I could afford, and he told me to submit a plan and we’d go from there. They’ve been honest, giving me options and guiding me through what’s possible.

I was nervous at first, but I felt comfortable throughout. My number one thing was my bathtub—that’s my sanctuary, my getaway—and they understood how important that was to me.”
